if this is gonna happen. both sides need to at least start on equal ground
meaning equal in shear power

including the captain commander, there are a total of 14 captain level possibles here. so if 7 can be on each side, it would be great. If not, one side will need to get support elsewhere, somehow

So thats like 7 captains per side. However, we would need some type of sign up sheet so we know who is on what side. I know its a little to formal, but if your making a new group then do that.
